You will be asked to complete a variety of tasks designed to assess different cognitive (thinking) abilities. There are no needles, machines, or invasive procedures involved. The tests will help determine how your brain is working. Cognitive domains include:

  • Attention (brief, sustained, divided, etc.).

  • Speed of thinking.

  • Executive functioning skills (problem solving, planning and organization, sequencing, etc.).

  • Memory & Learning (verbal and nonverbal).

  • Visuospatial/construction skills.

  • Language abilities (comprehension, communication, etc.).

  • Fine motor skills.

  • Social, behavioral, and emotional functioning.
